*** The bowl piece/ down stem did not come in contact with resin at all - the mouth piece and opening when bowl attaches was taped off with multiple layers of masking tape to prevent any contact. The utmost care was taken to make sure nothing toxic came in contact anywhere where smoke or mouths will come in contact. This being said - Do NOT place your mouth any where on this water pipe other than the intended mouth piece! Epoxy resin is toxic when ingested.***
